E & T Consulting was founded in 2003 by Edward Rafa. Ed was transitioning from the dot com industry where he was employed as a system engineer. When asked why he started a computer and networking support business, Ed's response was that he wanted to help people.
Ed has been in the IT industry since 1995, he started his career with Roosevelt University as a technician, and then moved on to KMPG LLP as a consultant. He then continued on to Silicon Valley where he was a system engineer with Inktomi Corporation during the dot com era.
